The University of Ioannina seeks to provide a high level of education, the removal of the information blockade as well as the seamless provision of incentives to students with disabilities. <\/span>
A pillar of the institutional policy is the continuous improvement of the existing infrastructure and the provision of social support services, which improves the rate of timely and successful completion of studies and the equal participation of all University students.<\/span>
In the Internal Regulations of the University of Ioannina, an explicit provision has been included for students with disabilities, and in particular in article 26 \"Social Benefits for Students\", it is provided that:<\/span><\/p>

\"Particular interest is shown for students with special needs, who have priority in any kind of provision and right deriving from their student status\".\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
